Early Bird Sales: All Early Bird sales are final and not eligible for refunds or cancellations. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the final product design may vary slightly from the initial images or descriptions due to design refinement.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If the damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement piece free of charge.

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal and must be made directly on our Big Cartel website for security and convenience.
If you need to change your shipping address, you must request the change within 7 days of purchase. No changes will be accepted after this period.

Shipping timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and refer to the time required after the package is handed over to PERU POST.
Order processing: Orders are typically shipped 2-4 weeks after being processed.
Early Bird Heads: The shipment for Early Bird heads is scheduled approximately 5 weeks after the official release of the MAFEX figure by MEDICOM TOYS. Please note that any delays caused by MEDICOM TOYS are beyond our control and may impact the shipping timeline.
